NEDERLANDS

Toegang
* Je moet 16 jaar of ouder zijn voor toegang tot het grid.
* Paswoord herstel is alleen mogelijk als je je email invult.
* Naamveranderingen zijn NIET mogelijk. Maak daarvoor een nieuw account.

Gedrag
* Upload geen illegaal of auteursrechtelijk beschermd materiaal.
* Deel en verkoop geen gestolen dingen.
* Verstoor niet de stabiliteit of beveiliging van het grid.

Drama
* Tamai admins bemiddelen niet in user vs. user disputen.
* Derender of blokkeer datgene/diegene waar je een probleem mee hebt.

Land
* Microparcels zullen worden gereclaimed bij misbruik.
* Maturity ratings zijn suggestief en hebben geen legale waarde.
* Prive land bezitters kunnen toegang weigeren voor elke of zonder reden.

Juridisch
* Tamai valt onder jurisdictie van Nederland.
* Tamai is op dit moment een prive grid (geen bedrijf, geen stichting).
* Tamai verwerkt geen persoonlijke informatie of cookies.
* Je bent welkom als een gast, zo lang je je daar naar gedraagt.


ENGLISH

Access
* You must be 16 years or older to access the grid.
* Password recovery is only possible if you fill in your email.
* Name changes are NOT possible; Create a new account instead.

Behaviour
* Do not upload illegal or copyright protected content.
* Do not share or sell counterfeit stuff.
* Do not disrupt the grid's stability or security.

Drama
* Tamai staff does not mediate in user vs. user disputes.
* Derender or block what/whom you have a problem with.

Land
* Microparcels will be reclaimed if abused.
* Maturity ratings are suggestive and have no legal weight.
* Private land owners can deny access for any or no reason.

Juridical
* Tamai falls under jurisdiction of The Netherlands.
* Tamai is currently a privately owned grid (no company, no foundation).
* Tamai does not process personal information or cookies.
* You are welcome as a guest, as long as you behave like one.
